Unlike agencies that charge €3-5k per hire, Recruitroo is software that empowers you to do it yourself. You get access to our candidate database, assessment tools, and immigration automation for a flat monthly fee—no per-hire costs.

Yes! Many companies already have candidates but need help with permits and visas. Our immigration module works standalone, handling GEP, CSEP, and UK Skilled Worker visas.

Companies using Recruitroo report saving 20+ hours per hire on administrative tasks. The automation handles document collection, status tracking, and permit coordination.

We have strong candidate pools in Healthcare, Construction, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Automotive, Engineering, Agri-Food, and Logistics. Our platform works for any role eligible for a work permit.

Yes. For Irish General Employment Permits, jobs must be advertised on specified platforms (EURES, DSP, and national media) for the required period. Recruitroo automatically posts jobs to our LMNT-compliant job board, tracks the advertising period, and notifies you when you can proceed with permit applications.

Log into your employer dashboard, navigate to "Jobs" and click "Create New Job". Enter the job title, description, salary, and requirements. The job is automatically posted to our candidate database and, if needed for LMNT compliance, to relevant job boards. You can also import job descriptions from existing listings.

When you post a job, our AI analyses the role requirements and automatically matches suitable candidates from our database of 30,000+ pre-screened professionals. You receive a curated shortlist ranked by relevance. You can also search the full database manually using filters.

Go to "Assessments" in your dashboard and click "Create Assessment". Add up to 10 questions that candidates will answer via video. Set time limits for each response (typically 1-3 minutes). Once created, you can invite candidates to complete the assessment at their convenience, and review responses asynchronously.

From a candidate's profile, click "Schedule Interview". Connect your calendar (Google Calendar, Outlook, or other) to show your availability. Select available time slots, and Recruitroo sends the invitation to the candidate. The system handles timezone conversion automatically for international candidates.

Once you've decided on a candidate, upload your contract offer through the platform. The candidate reviews and accepts the offer, then provides passport details and other required information. Recruitroo guides both parties through document collection and permit application preparation.

For Irish permits: Company registration certificate, tax clearance certificate, EPOS registration, job offer letter, and proof of LMNT advertising. For UK sponsorship: Valid sponsor licence, Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS). Recruitroo provides checklists and collects all documents digitally.

Yes. Go to Settings > Team Members and invite colleagues via email. You can assign different permission levels: Admin (full access), Recruiter (view/manage candidates), or Viewer (read-only). Each user gets their own login credentials.
