01Finding the right people
We only need one or two people. Can you help?
Yes. Start with the roles you need to fill, whether that is one technician for a garage or a team for a new project. We can discuss individual hires as well as ongoing recruitment support.
Can you help with candidates we already know?
Yes. If a candidate comes through your own network, you can use our immigration support separately. We review the role, hiring country and candidate circumstances before confirming the scope.
How can we assess practical and technical skills?
Review candidate profiles and pre-recorded assessments, then meet the candidates you want to take forward. Tell us which qualifications, experience and practical skills matter to your business so we can agree the assessment approach. Your team makes the hiring decision.
02Planning the work
Can we plan hires across projects, sites or workshops?
Yes. Bring us your roles, locations and target start dates. We can discuss a phased plan around project demand or recurring vacancies, with priorities agreed across your team.
We do not have a dedicated HR team. What would we need to do?
You define the role, assess candidates and approve hiring decisions. Recruitroo coordinates the agreed recruitment and immigration work. We explain which company documents, decisions and approvals we need from you along the way.
When could someone start?
Timing depends on finding the right candidate, notice periods, document readiness and the immigration route. We discuss the sequence against your target dates at the outset. Authority processing is outside our control, so a project deadline alone cannot guarantee a start date.
03Costs and ongoing support
What should we budget, and can we pay monthly?
Individual service prices and monthly programme payments are on our pricing page. Programmes have 12 payments; additional work, VAT and government fees are separate. Your quote confirms the scope, total cost and payment terms before work starts.
Estimate your costsCan you help with renewals as our team grows?
Yes. We can discuss renewal support alongside recruitment and immigration cases, including candidates you already employ. Share the upcoming expiry dates and expected hires so we can scope the work ahead.
What if this is our first international hire?
