Pricing Tiers
Choose the level that covers your yearly volume instead of paying separate recruiter, immigration, and follow-up costs each time.
Agencies charge €3,000–5,000 per hire. Immigration solicitors charge €2,000+ per visa. With Recruitroo, you get both recruitment and immigration from €2,205 per hire. Permits only from €750. Renewals from €250.

What is a credit?
Credits are our flexible currency system. Base rate is €75/credit. Subscription plans get discounts: Growth (10% off), Scale (20% off), Enterprise (30% off).
Can I mix and match services?
Absolutely! Credits can be used for any combination of services. Need 5 full end-to-end hires and 10 permit renewals? No problem. Your credits work across all our services.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes, credits are allocated annually and can roll over into the following year. T&Cs apply.
What happens if I need more credits?
Overage is charged at your tier's discounted rate. Growth tier pays €67.50/credit, Scale pays €60/credit, Enterprise pays €52.50/credit for any additional credits.
Can I upgrade my plan mid-contract?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. We'll pro-rate the difference and adjust your credit allocation immediately.
