What is included, how the costs work, and what we agree before getting started.
Does a complete hire include immigration support?
Yes. The complete-hire service covers recruitment, immigration support and relocation coordination. Do not add an immigration-only case for the same hire when using the calculator. Government fees and VAT are separate.
How does the annual contract work?
Programmes are recurring annual contracts, billed monthly. You agree the service scope and fees for your contract year. Your agreement sets out the renewal and cancellation terms.
When am I billed?
Annual programmes are billed monthly for the agreed contract year. The monthly service fee includes the package and any additional work in your estimate. For individual services, your quote sets out the payment milestones before work starts.
Is additional work included in the monthly service fee?
Yes. The calculator includes additional work in both your annual cost and monthly service fee. For example, six complete hires on Growth cost an estimated €1,578.75 per month: €1,185 for the package plus €393.75 for additional work. The annual cost is €18,945, including €4,725 of additional work. VAT and government fees are excluded.
What is a service credit?
Credits let you use an annual programme across different services: a complete hire uses 140, an immigration-only case uses 30, and a renewal uses 10. For example, Growth’s 630 credits can cover four hires, two additional immigration-only cases and one renewal.
Can I mix and match services?
Yes. Service credits can be used for a combination of hires, visa & immigration submissions and renewals so your annual plan reflects the support you expect to use.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Service credits are allocated for the programme year. Unused credits do not roll over into the following year.
What happens if I need more credits?
Work beyond your annual allocation uses additional credits: €22.50 each on Growth, €20 on Scale and €17.50 on Enterprise. Additional work in your estimate is included in the monthly service fee for your annual contract. If your requirements change during the contract year, we agree any fee and scope changes with you.
Can I upgrade my plan mid-contract?
If your workload changes, talk to us about adjusting your programme. We will agree any changes to fees, credit allocation and contract terms with you before the change takes effect.
Who pays for the visa or permit government fees?
Government application fees and VAT are separate from the prices on this page. Your quote sets out the relevant government fees, who pays each fee, and any other third-party costs before you commit.
