Accessing Talent Search
From your dashboard, click Candidates > Talent Search to access the full database.
Basic Search
The search bar accepts:
- Job titles – Chef, Nurse, Engineer
- Skills – Python, Welding, ACLS certification
- Keywords – Any term in candidate profiles
- Locations – Current location or target destination
Advanced Filters
Click Filters to access detailed search options:
Experience
- Years of experience (range)
- Specific industries
- Company types (startup, enterprise, etc.)
Location
- Current country/city
- Willing to relocate to (Ireland, UK, both)
- Remote work availability
Visa Status
- Already has work permission
- Requires sponsorship

Saving Searches
Found a useful search combination? Save it for later:
1. Configure your search and filters
2. Click Save Search
3. Name your search (e.g., "Senior Chefs Dublin")
4. Enable notifications for new matches
Saved searches appear in your sidebar for quick access.
Viewing Candidate Profiles
Click a candidate card to view their full profile:
- Complete work history
- Video introductions
- Skill demonstration videos
- Qualifications and certificates
- Interview availability
Taking Action
From the profile, you can:
- Express Interest – Add to your pipeline
- Shortlist – Add to a specific shortlist
- Invite to Job – Send a job opportunity
- Schedule Interview – Book directly
