Upgrading Your Subscription

When to Upgrade

As your international hiring grows, you may need more candidates, features, or support. Upgrading is simple and takes effect immediately.

Signs You Need to Upgrade

Approaching Candidate Limits

  • Dashboard shows candidate usage near limit
  • Warning notifications about capacity
  • Unable to add new candidates

Need More Features

  • Want immigration support (Growth → Scale)
  • Need phone support (Scale → Enterprise)
  • Require custom integrations (Enterprise → Enterprise+)

Growing Team

  • Multiple people need access
  • Different departments hiring
  • Need better collaboration tools

How to Upgrade

Step 1: Review Options

Navigate to Settings > Billing > Subscription to see:

  • Your current plan
  • Available upgrades
  • Feature comparisons
  • Pricing differences

Step 2: Select New Plan

Click Upgrade on your chosen plan. You'll see:

  • New monthly/quarterly price
  • Feature additions
  • Prorated amount for current period

Step 3: Confirm Payment

  • Review the charges
  • Confirm payment method
  • Click Confirm Upgrade

Step 4: Immediate Access

Your new plan features activate immediately:

  • Increased candidate limits
  • New features available
  • Support level upgraded

Billing When You Upgrade

Prorated Billing

You're only charged the difference for the remaining billing period.

Example:

  • Current plan: Growth (€695/month)
  • New plan: Scale (€1,050/month)
  • Days remaining in period: 15 of 30
  • Prorated charge: (€1,050 - €695) × (15/30) = €177.50

Next Billing Cycle

From your next billing date, you're charged the full new plan amount.

Downgrading

If you need to reduce your plan:

Consider First

  • Active candidates exceed lower plan limits
  • Features you'll lose
  • Immigration applications in progress

Process

1. Contact support or go to Settings > Billing

2. Select lower plan

3. Changes take effect at next billing cycle

4. Excess candidates must be archived

Note: Downgrading doesn't remove candidates mid-cycle, but you can't add new ones above the lower limit.

Upgrade During Application

  • Applications in progress continue
  • Additional capacity immediately available
  • No interruption to processing

Downgrade During Application

  • Current applications complete
  • New applications subject to new limits
  • Discuss timing with your account manager

Billing Cycle Options

Monthly Billing

  • Pay each month
  • More flexibility
  • Standard pricing

Quarterly Billing

  • Pay every 3 months
  • 10% discount
  • Lower effective rate

Switch between billing cycles in Settings > Billing.

Enterprise+ Upgrades

For Enterprise+ plans:

  • Contact your account manager
  • Discuss custom requirements
  • Receive tailored proposal
  • Custom contract terms
