Setting up your Recruitroo employer account is the first step towards streamlined international recruitment. This guide walks you through the entire process, from initial registration to having a fully configured dashboard ready for hiring.
Step 1: Visit the Sign-Up Page
Navigate to company.recruitroo.com/signup to begin. You'll see a simple registration form asking for basic information about yourself and your company.
Required Information
- Your full name – The primary account administrator
- Work email address – Must be a company email (not personal)
- Phone number – For account verification
- Company name – Your registered business name
- Password – Minimum 8 characters with mixed case and numbers
Step 2: Verify Your Email
After submitting the registration form, check your inbox for a verification email. Click the confirmation link within 24 hours to activate your account. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or request a new verification link.
Step 3: Complete Company Profile
Once verified, you'll be prompted to complete your company profile. This information helps us match you with suitable candidates and ensures compliance with immigration requirements.
Company Details Required
- Company registration number – Your CRO number (Ireland) or Companies House number (UK)
- Registered address – Official business address
- Industry sector – Select from our list of supported industries
- Company size – Number of employees
- Logo – PNG or JPG format recommended
Step 4: Configure Your Preferences
Customise your hiring preferences to improve candidate matching:
- Preferred locations – Where candidates will be based
- Visa sponsorship – Indicate willingness to sponsor permits
- Typical salary ranges – Help filter appropriate candidates
- Key roles – Types of positions you regularly hire for
Step 5: Add Payment Method
To access the full candidate database and immigration features, add a payment method. We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers for Enterprise accounts.

After completing setup, you'll have access to:
