Your questions,
answered.

Yes. We work with experienced overseas chefs and present them with video cooking demonstrations and structured kitchen-experience interviews on file.

Yes. Dependant/Partner/Spouse cases are filed alongside the primary application and tracked through the platform.

Relocation tasks — airport pickup, accommodation handover, bank appointment, first-week check-in — are tracked so the operations team doesn't have to chase them.

Yes. Chefs are one of the more established overseas-hiring routes — usually via the General Employment Permit in Ireland (or Critical Skills where a role qualifies) and the UK Skilled Worker visa. We check the specific role and salary threshold before sourcing.

The employer pays the government permit or sponsor fees; these can't be deducted from the worker. The candidate typically covers their own entry visa and registration. We confirm the split per case up front.

Yes — hotel and restaurant groups usually run on monthly programmes so capacity is reserved ahead of seasonal peaks and can be spread across sites, rather than competing for one-off recruitment each time.
