Recruitroo Ireland Limited is recruiting a Sales Executive for our premises at 19 - 22 Baggot St Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing SaaS start-up backed by venture capital, dedicated to simplifying international hiring and global mobility.
The salary range starts from €34,203 (€16.77/hr) based on a 39-hour week. Salary may be more depending on experience, with proportionate increases if additional hours are required. This package reflects our commitment to attracting motivated sales professionals.
As a Sales Executive, your main purpose is to generate new business by prospecting, engaging with potential clients, and closing deals within the Irish and Northern Irish markets. You will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's market presence. The environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring flexibility and a proactive approach. You will work closely with the CEO and the wider team, contributing your sales expertise to achieve targets.
The role involves traveling to the Dublin office at least three days per week, with flexible working arrangements. You will be trained on our platform and sales processes, gaining valuable experience in SaaS solutions, lead generation, and B2B sales.
In your daily activities, you will manage a portfolio of sales opportunities, deliver compelling pitches, and develop relationships with potential clients. Your responsibilities also include preparing tenders, updating CRM systems meticulously, and collaborating across teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and managing a portfolio of self-generated sales opportunities with specific revenue targets.
- Familiarizing yourself with our SaaS platform and understanding the full sales cycle.
- Cold calling, emailing, and engaging with potential clients, with 80% of outbound activities via voice.
- Developing and nurturing the sales pipeline in line with strategic plans.
- Identifying and closing new commercial opportunities through persistent prospecting.
- Leading tender processes and working closely with leadership, especially the CEO.
- Ensuring detailed and accurate records of all sales activities are maintained in CRM.
- Adapting to a startup environment with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Your key requirements include:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an end-to-end sales role, primarily outbound voice activities.
- Proven lead generation and prospecting skills, including cold calling.
- Experience with LinkedIn, CRM, Excel, and MS Office.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Willingness to travel regularly to Dublin 2.
- A driven and ambitious attitude with a desire to learn and succeed.
- Prior experience in SaaS, recruitment, or enterprise sales is advantageous.
