The salary range starts from €43,000 (€21.40/hr) based on a 39-hour week. Salary may be higher depending on experience and skill level, with proportional increases for additional hours worked. Our workshop is equipped with modern tools and machinery, supporting precision repairs, chassis alignment, and panel replacement to manufacturer standards. As a Panel Beater, your main purpose will be to repair and refurbish damaged vehicle panels, ensuring proper alignment and outstanding finish quality. Your daily activities will include stripping and refitting components, using dent pulling and plastic welding equipment, and performing jig work as required. The environment is busy but supportive, with focus on precision and safety. Equipment used includes advanced dent pulling tools, jig frames, and spray booths. Occasional travel to client sites or other locations for vehicle recovery or specialist repairs may be required. Shift work is standard, with the possibility of overtime to meet customer demands. We provide extensive training to improve technical skills and uphold safety standards. There are clear career progression paths to senior technician or supervisory roles within the company.
**Responsibilities:**
- Repair, straighten, and replace vehicle panels ensuring compliance with original specifications.
- Use of dent pulling and plastic welding equipment to restore damaged areas.
- Perform chassis alignment and jig work with high accuracy.
- Disassemble and reassemble vehicle parts, ensuring proper fit and function.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and hours spent.
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers.

**Key Requirements:**
- Full clean driving license (Class B).
- Proven experience in stripping, refitting, panel repair, and replacement.
- Expertise in chassis alignment and jig work.

- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures relevant to automotive repair.
