A leading company in Engineering is recruiting an Engineer for its premises at 123 Northumberland Row, Ballinlough, Dublin 4, Ireland, T12HHV2.
The salary range starts from €65,000 (€31.73/hr) based on a 39-hour week. Salary may be more based on experience and will increase proportionately if additional hours are required.
**About the Role:**
As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and components to required specifications, focusing on economy, safety, reliability, and sustainability. **Responsibilities:**
- Design and develop electrical systems and components for various engineering projects.
- Perform detailed calculations to ensure electrical systems are safe, efficient, and compliant.

- Create detailed drawings, technical reports, and specifications.
- Collaborate closely with architects, construction teams, and project managers.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues during project execution and post-completion.
- Ensure all electrical work adheres to safety standards and legal regulations.
- Keep accurate records of project progress, costs, and hours.
- Participate in project planning including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of electrical standards and new technologies.
- Assist in client consultations and presentations.
**Key Requirements:**
- Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certifications.
- Experience (preferred) working on electrical design and installation projects.
- Good knowledge of Irish and EU electrical regulations.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Technical qualifications in electrical engineering or related fields.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites.
- Strong focus on safety and compliance.
