Transport & logistics recruitment. Personally managed.

Recruitroo helps Irish coach, haulage and fleet operators assess international hiring and manage immigration for candidates they already know. UK transport roles require a separate eligibility assessment.

Where will your team work?

Your hiring country determines the requirements. We'll review the role, candidate circumstances and your responsibilities before recommending the next step.

Your questions,
answered.

Irish cases require a review of current employment permit, licence and qualification requirements. UK HGV drivers and bus/coach drivers are not eligible for Skilled Worker sponsorship.

We can discuss hiring batches and a programme tailored to your annual workload. Each role and candidate must meet the requirements for the hiring country; scope and timing are confirmed with you.

CPC, ADR, tachograph and licence evidence sit on each candidate profile and are verified during case-readiness checks before submission.

For an Irish role, we review the current employment permit conditions and candidate’s driving credentials before advising on next steps. UK HGV and bus/coach driving roles are not eligible for Skilled Worker sponsorship.

The employer pays the government permit/sponsor fees; they can't be passed to the driver. Drivers usually cover their own entry visa and registration. We set out the split per case before you commit.

We can assess requirements across your depots, including candidates you have already identified, and discuss an annual programme or individual cases. Driver and warehouse roles do not share universal immigration eligibility.
