As a Maintenance Facilites Fitter, you will be responsible for the maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Your main purpose is to ensure that the company's facilities operate efficiently, safely, and sustainably. You will perform routine inspections, perform repairs, and coordinate with vendors for maintenance work. The work environment involves working in a busy industrial and office setting, with periodic monitoring of equipment, adherence to health and safety standards, and participation in safety training programs. Equipment used includes hand tools, diagnostic instruments, and safety gear. Some travel may be required for off-site maintenance or supplier meetings. The role is primarily Monday to Friday but may include occasional evening or weekend work for maintenance outages or urgent repairs. **Responsibilities:**
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.

**Key Requirements:**
