Cork, T23NA44.</p><p>‍</p><p id=>The salary range starts from €34,000 (16.77/hr) to €54,000 (26.63/hr) based on a 39-hour week. Salary will increase proportionately if additional hours are required. Salary offered shall be based on relevant experience and qualifications.</p><p>‍</p><p id=><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p id=>Install a range of energy efficiency upgrades including:<br>- Solar PV systems<br>- Mechanical Heat Recovery Ventilation Systems<br>- Ceiling Level Insulation<br>- Sloped Ceiling Insulation<br>- Drylining<br>- External Insulation<br>- Natural Ventilation<br>- General carpentry and snagging tasks.</p><p>‍</p><p id=>Work collaboratively with the construction team to support various aspects of the project. Assist in the installation of retrofit components and materials. Support colleagues with basic tasks in other fields, e.g., basic electrics, plumbing, etc. Conduct quality inspections at various stages of each project.</p><p>‍</p><p id=><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p id=>- Honest, hardworking, reliable, and trustworthy. <br>- At least 3 years of varied experience within the construction industry – carpentry, electrics, plumbing, etc., is desired.<br>- Detail-oriented and thorough. <br>- Team player with good interpersonal skills. <br>- Proactive and able to use initiative.<br>- Fluent in English.</p>
