This role offers an exciting opportunity for professional drivers to join a reputable transportation company dedicated to passenger safety and exceptional service. The salary range for this position starts from €36,850 (€17.82/hr) based on a 40-hour week. Depending on experience and qualifications, the salary can increase up to €45,956.25 (€22.21/hr). Salary may be adjusted for additional hours worked, and increases will be proportionate to experience and performance. The main purpose of the role is to operate passenger vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations including RSA guidelines. Daily responsibilities include checking the vehicle's condition before and after shifts, maintaining cleanliness of the coach, refueling as necessary, adhering strictly to scheduled routes and times, and ensuring passenger comfort and safety at all times. Drivers will coordinate with the office regarding route changes and timings, follow all safety protocols, and uphold high standards of customer service. Work environment involves drivers operating large coaches, often in urban and suburban areas, with periodic travel to different locations. Equipment used includes GPS devices, two-way radios, and vehicle safety systems. This position primarily involves daytime shifts, but may include occasional evening or weekend work to meet scheduling needs. Training provided covers company-specific procedures, safety standards, and RSA compliance, with opportunities for career progression into supervisory or specialised roles. **Responsibilities:** 1. Operate passenger coach vehicles in a safe, professional manner, ensuring passenger safety and comfort. 2. Conduct pre- and post-shift vehicle inspections, maintaining logs and reporting issues. 3. Maintain cleanliness and refuel vehicles during scheduled breaks. 4. Adhere to scheduled routes and manage timely pickups and drop-offs. 5. Coordinate with the office for route adjustments and special requests. 6. Comply with RSA, company, and road safety regulations, including licensing requirements. 7. Manage luggage and passenger belongings with care. 8. Handle passenger inquiries politely and professionally. 9. Complete all required documentation accurately, including mileage and incident reports. 10. Follow safety protocols in emergency situations, including passenger evacuation procedures. 11. Assist with loading and unloading luggage when needed. 12. Maintain positive customer relations and professional conduct at all times. **Key Requirements:** 1. Valid Driver's License: B, D, or D1 with EU permit. 2. Minimum 2 years of driving experience in passenger transport. 3. Responsible and customer-focused attitude. 4. Good knowledge of Dublin and surrounding area routes. 5. Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. 6. Manual Handling and Food Safety certifications are not required. 7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 9. Safety-conscious with good judgment. 10. Reliability and punctuality are essential. **Additional Information:** Overtime is available and paid according to company policy.
