Chef de Partie

The Dunraven requires multiple Chef de Partie roles for their premises at The Dunraven, Main Street Adare Co. Limerick V94 KV2P.

The salary range starts from €36,605 (18.05/hr) to €54,000 (26.63/hr) based on a 39-hour week. Salary will increase proportionately if additional hours are required. Salary offered shall be based on relevant experience and qualifications.

Job Description: The Dunraven Arms Hotel is recruiting experienced Chefs de Partie to join our team. The role involves working alongside and supporting the Sous and Head Chef to create and cook dishes to the highest standards for the Maigue Restaurant, The Hunters Bar, and a successful banqueting department.

Responsibilities: Create and cook dishes to the highest standards for the fine dining Maigue Restaurant, The Hunters Bar, and banqueting department.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience, excellent knowledge of hygiene and HACCP, flexibility, good communicator with good interpersonal skills, proven team worker, ambitious, hard-working.
