Chef de Partie

The Dunraven Arms Hotel Unlimited Company is recruiting multiple Chefs de Partie for our premises at Main Street, Adare, County Limerick, V94 KV2P. The salary range starts from €36,000 and goes to €56,000 based on a 39-hour week. Salary will increase proportionately if additional hours are required. Salary offered shall be based on relevant experience and qualifications.

We are now recruiting for permanent full-time qualified Chefs de Partie.

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to ensure high-quality dish preparation and presentation. Responsibilities include supervising junior staff, maintaining hygiene standards, managing ingredients, and collaborating with the team to refine menu items.

Key Requirements: Sufficient relevant experience. A professional working level of English is required. Must have good teamwork and communication skills.
